Quebec Public Health confirms that as of May 14, the mask and the 2-meter social distance will no longer be mandatory inside certain enclosed public places, including schools. The cleaning of shared tools and equipment will also be optional.

Obviously, the choice to wear it or not is at the discretion of each individual and we strongly encourage people to wear it if they have any doubts about symptoms or if they have been in contact with a positive case.

It is important to consider that people who have contracted Covid-19 must continue to wear the mask for a minimum of 5 days after isolation at home and that people who share a roof with someone who has Covid-19 must also wear the mask for 10 days.

*It should be noted that masks are still required on public transportation.
